Hi! I am Josue Arevalo. I was born in the small farm town of Salinas, CA. At 10, I moved to Las Vegas, NV and experienced the big city. At 21, I joined the military and served my nation for six years while being stationed at Tucson, AZ. After leaving the military, I decided to settle down in the Mohave County area with my brother and his family. During my time in the military, I purchased home after home and grew to love the world of lending and finance.

I also take pride in communicating with people and have learned Spanish and Mandarin Chinese to do so. I, along with my team in Mohave County, believe that people come first when it comes to this industry. So you can trust that I will do my best to not only give you the best options, but also help you understand the entire loan process.

I believe it is my mission to help every individual achieve their American Dream of owning a home, acquiring investment properties, or even just taking control of their financial situation regardless of the market we are in. The Bell Team originated in 1987. They are a husband and wife business team that has owned and managed multiple wholesale and retail companies in North Carolina, Colorado, Florida, and Arizona.  Rick is an Air Force veteran and Colette comes from an Air Force family.
